TIGER COSTUME AGREEMENT

To use this costume, please follow these conditions:

  1. A $10.00 fee will charged for all groups.  This money will be used for periodic cleaning and restoration.

  2. The group using the costume agrees to cover the cost to repair or clean the costume should it become damaged or soiled beyond the normal wear and tear expected.

  3. The costume is available on a first come, first serve basis.

  4. Pick-up should be the day of the event (when possible) and returned the next school day after the event, during normal school hours.

  5. If not returned after the next school day there will be a $5.00 charge for each additional day.

  6. Please note that the Tiger head must be sprayed with Lysol after use and you must hang both the head and the costume overnight, so that they will completely air dry.  Return the costume in the original container.

  7. The group using the costume MUST provide an adult chaperone to accompany the "Tiger" at all times.  The person wearing the costume is representing N.A. and MUST conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.   The Tiger head should remain on at all times when in view of the public.  Additional information is provided on the guideline sheet.

  8. Due to the fabric, please be aware of the weather conditions.  The costume CANNOT be worn outside in inclement weather (snow/rain/sleet).

  9. Upon returning the tiger costume, you must again sign and date this form.
