Patti McClure had several points of interest to share with the assembled representatives.

Physicals There is a new form on the website must be used.

Impact Testing Fall Impact testing and try out information has been posted. Most schedules for

the Fall and Winter have been completed and are posted. Patti reminded membership that seventh,

ninth and eleventh graders (grade as of the Fall of 2012) must be Impact-tested, along with anyone

who wishes to participate in a sport who was not tested last year. There is a make-up, and if none of

those dates work, students can contact ADs office and go to another sports date. All students

should report at least 15 minutes prior to the posted times. There will be some pay dates later, but

she encouraged everyone to try to make the posted free tests. No off-site testing will be accepted.

MSA Cup NA has a slim lead over USC and Mt. Lebo.

Scholar-AthleteStill unable to pull quarterly grades from Tyler system. (See March 2012 Minutes

for further details). Membership had several suggestions, including basing award on semester QPAs.
