Very Successful
•
227 campers this year compared to 180 campers last year.

DVD’s expected within a week or so

Coaches commented that camp ran so smoothly they need not be present

Investigate new sound system for next year.

Any cheerleader who was unable to work mini camp will be responsible for the
$90 tumbling fee.

Bruster’s Coupon Books
•
Each cheerleader is required to sell 10 booklets.
•
$120.00 due into squad representatives as soon as possible.

Sales will continue until the start of UCA camp.
Booster Dues

Just a few still owe booster dues and squad representatives are following up with
each individually.
Fundraising
•
Essential for all teams and the success of the organization.
•
Custom signs – Tina Hamm to investigate costs and profits
•
Paw Pins - Purchase for $10 each and sell for $20 each – Noellene Zabo to
follow-up with distributor

Black out Shirts – Try to maximize venues at which to sell the shirts.
o Largest fundraiser for NA Cheer
o T-shirt distribution coordinator is needed
o Freshman and JV parents will need to work Varsity Games selling shirts
Locker Candy
•
Tina has approached Football Boosters to assist with the purchase of team candy.
Tributes
•
Tributes are due in July 9th
•
All are encouraged to consider purchasing an ad for their cheerleader.

UCA Camp
•
Please send any dietary allergies or restrictions to squad representative so
appropriate arrangements can be made for lunch provided during UCA camp.

All health forms must be turned into Athletic Director Office prior to the start of
camp. If your forms are not on file you will not be able to participate in camp
until all completed forms are turned in.

Team Captains will be selected during UCA camp
•
Cheerleaders will be running the mile at UCA camp – 8 minute mile.

Treasure’s Report
• NA Cheer Boosters is a registered Non-Profit.
Clothing
• Fitting for warm up suits scheduled for Monday, July 9th. Don from Sol’s of
Ambridge will be at tumbling with samples.
•
If you are unable to attend the fitting anyone can go to Sol’s for fitting.
•
Pants -$20 Jackets - $65
•
Terry is continuing to look at options for practice uniforms.
UBO
•

NA Cheer Team Building Activities

Tailgates
• Tailgates for 2012 Football season will be September 14th and September 28th
