Lady Tigers Overcome Wet Conditions To Pick Off Penn-Trafford
The North Allegheny girls’ golf team took on the Penn-Trafford Warriors at Pittsburgh North Golf Course and prevailed for a 166-192 victory. The wet course played very long and challenged the Lady Tigers’ ability to score low.
Senior Caroline Wrigley conquered the tough conditions for a fine score of 33. Junior Esha Vaidya added a 42 for NA.
North Allegheny sits at 10-0 overall on the season following the win. The Lady Tigers return to section play on Thursday with a visit to Seneca Valley.
