Little Lions Top Tigers In Season Opener
The North Allegheny field hockey team dropped the season opener to the State College Little Lions on Friday night, 3-0. The Little Lions outshot the Tigers 8-3 and won the non-section contest with goals from Libby Fortin, Kelsey Love and Ava Whitlark.
The Tigers look to bounce back on Wednesday with a visit to Penn-Trafford for the first section game of the season. Start time is slated for 7:30 p.m.
