Mike Hambrick Named PA Girls Golf Coach of the Year
North Allegheny’s Mike Hambrick has been selected as the Pennsylvania Coach of the Year for Girls Golf by the NFHS Coaches Association.
Coach Hambrick has led the North Allegheny girls’ golf team to four straight WPIAL titles and three PIAA crowns in four seasons. Under his tutelage, senior Caroline Wrigley won the PIAA title this fall. While playing for coach Hambrick, Wrigley also became just the third female golfer all-time to win three consecutive WPIAL individual crowns.
