NA Deals Upper St. Clair First Loss of Season

The North Allegheny girls’ golf team headed south on Friday to take on the unbeaten Upper St. Clair Panthers at the beautiful and well-manicured St. Clair Country Club course. The USC team played well but the Tigers played better for a 152-168 victory. The Tigers were led by juniors Caroline Wrigley and Christina Lewis who both carded even par 35’s. Sophomore Esha Vaidya pitched in with a 39 and Bella Walter added a 43. The Panthers were paced by Sarah Eccher who tallied a 37.

The non-section win improves the North Allegheny overall record to 15-0 on the season. The Tigers return to section play on Monday against Shady Side Academy.
