NA Earns WPIAL Three-Peat
The North Allegheny girls’ golf team captured a third consecutive WPIAL crown on Thursday afternoon at Cedarbrook Golf Course. The Lady Tigers ran away with the competition with a team score of 315. Fox Chapel finished a distant second with a 357. Juniors Caroline Wrigley and Christina Lewis paced the Tigers with scores of 73 and 76, respectively. Esha Vaidya checked in with an 82 and Bella Walter posted an 84.
North Allegheny will next head to the PIAA Regional Finals on Monday.
