NA Edged At Peters Township, 1-0
The North Allegheny field hockey team traveled to the South Hills on Saturday afternoon and dropped a narrow 1-0 decision to the Peters Township Indians in Section 1-AAA action.
The WPIAL runners-up from a season ago earned the win on a marker by Ava Zimmer for the only goal of the contest.
Following the loss, North Allegheny falls to 1-2 overall and 1-1 in the section. Peters Township improve to 2-0 overall and 1-0 in Section 1-AAA. The Tigers look to rebound on Monday at Penn-Trafford at 7:30 p.m.
