NA Starts 2019 Season With Win Over Mt. Lebanon
The reigning WPIAL and PIAA champions opened the 2019 season on Monday afternoon with a 185-191 non-section victory over the Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils.
The Tigers were led by senior Isabella Walter, who shot a 3-over par 36 at Pittsburgh North Golf Course. Freshman Katie Rose Rankin posted a 44, followed by senior Esha Vaidya with a 48. Sophomore Sissi Hai chipped in with a 54. Mt. Lebanon was paced by Natalie Boyd’s 43.
North Allegheny looks to continue its winning ways with a non-section home match against Greensburg Central Catholic on Wednesday.
