Tigers Cruise Over Bridgers For Section Win
The North Allegheny girls’ golf team shot a season-low 168 en route to a section win over the Ambridge Bridgers on Tuesday afternoon at North Park Golf Course.
Ambridge managed a team score of 244 with Dinah Bailey leading the way, shooting a team-low 46.
North Allegheny’s top gun was senior Isabella Walter, who shot a 1-over at the par 36 course. Senior Esha Vaidya delivered a 40, followed by freshman Katie Rose Rankin’s 43. Sophomore Sissi Hai chipped in with a 48.
North Allegheny improves to 4-0 overall and 2-0 in section play. The Tigers will host Fox Chapel on Wednesday in another section contest.
