Tigers End Regular Season With Loss to Archbishop Moeller

The North Allegheny boys’ lacrosse team wrapped up the regular season on Saturday afternoon with a 9-5 loss to Archbishop Moeller at the MSLA Tournament.

In their final tune-up ahead of the WPIAL playoffs, the Tigers fell behind 5-1 by the early stages of the second half and couldn’t quite recover. Travis Lamark scored a pair of goals, while Marc Bartolomucci, Jonathan Castillo and Evan Lyon also tallied markers.

Senior Marco Pascarella was sound defensively with seven ground balls and one takeaway. Sophomore Logan Lyle got the start in net and made 10 saves on 19 shots.

North Allegheny caps the regular season with a 9-8 record. The Tigers will await the WPIAL playoff pairings next week.
