Girls Volleyball dominant in win over North Hills
North Allegheny traveled to North Hills on Thursday night and made quick work of the Indians winning by scores of 25-15, 25-12 and 25-19. The win clinches at least a share of the section title for the Tigers.
Molly Robertson led North Allegheny’s offense with 10 kills. She also added 10 digs and an ace. Alicia Mokube added nine kills to go along with four blocks. Bridgit Murphy had five kills and a block. Keely McMahon-Regan dished out 18 assists and served up an ace. Mack Jones had eight assists. Macey Casten had 17 digs and a block. Anna Bridges contributed an ace. Reagan Riordan helped defensively with nine digs.
North Allegheny improves to 12-0 overall and 8-0 in the section. North Hills falls to 3-11 overall and 0-8 in the section. A quick turnaround for the Tigers as they will be right back in action tomorrow when they host Morgantown (WV) at 5:30 p.m. at UPMC Court.
