Kayli Dings qualifies for WPIAL Individual First Round
North Allegheny traveled to Strawberry Ridge Golf Course to compete in the WPIAL Individual Qualifiers. Kayli Dings not only was able to qualify for the WPIAL Individual First Round but shot the best round of the day with a 74. The target score to get to the WPIAL Individual First Round was 87.
Omisa Shah finished in seventh place shooting a 90 while Kirsten Karlovits shot a 91 to finish in eighth place. Ava Azzanni carded a 101 while Grace Means added a 110.
Dings will compete in the WPIAL Individual First Round on Monday at Willowbrook Country Club in Apollo, PA. The Tigers as a team will be back in action on Thursday when they travel to Conley’s Golf Course to take on Pine-Richland at 3:45 p.m. The winner of the match will clinch the section title as both teams are 10-1 in the section.
