NA Girls’ Golf Cruises Past Penn-Trafford
In a road match against Penn-Trafford, the Lady Tigers golf team coasted past the Warriors for a 165-190 victory. On a pleasant Wednesday afternoon, freshman Christina Lewis topped the scorecard for NA with a 39, followed closely behind by fellow freshman Christina Wrigley with a 40. Senior Megan Leto tallied a 42. Junior Kennedy Urban check in with a 44 and senior Sophia Lee rounded out the scoring with a 45. Penn-Trafford’s Amanda Conner led all golfers with a 37.
North Allegheny maintains an unblemished record with an overall mark of 13-0 following the non-section win. The Lady Tigers host the Pine-Richland Rams on Thursday afternoon at 3:30 pm.
