NA Girls’ Golf Edges Upper St. Clair By One Stroke
North Allegheny battled a difficult course at Shannopin and a tough opponent for a 202-203 triumph over the Upper St. Clair Panthers on Wednesday afternoon. Megan Leto led the way for North Allegheny with a 47 and Elizabeth Engel paced the Panthers with a 46.
Also contributing in the Tigers narrow win was Sophia Lee checked in with a 50. Jesse Pak followed with a 52 and Katrina Good added a 53. Kate Brickner finished the scoring for NA with 73 strokes.
The Lady Tigers jump to 6-1-1 with the non-section win and will face Pine-Richland today at 3:30 pm.
