NA Lacrosse Blasts Bethel Park, 19-9
Three Tigers scored hat tricks as the North Allegheny boys’ lacrosse team routed the Bethel Park Black Hawks on Friday night, 19-9. NA built an 11-1 by halftime and cruised in the second half to its ninth win in a row.
Freshman phenom Wes Powell scored a team-best four goals, followed by three goals apiece from senior Zech Nachazel and sophomore Gavin Hagen. Seniors Kyle Rullan and Teddy Ednaczyk scored two goals each in the NA onslaught of the Black Hawks. Goalie Will Rahenkamp made seven saves before being relieved in the second half by Ean Kuska.
North Allegheny improves to 12-1 overall and will visit Sewickley Academy on Monday afternoon in another non-section contest. Start time is set for 4:30.
