NA Punishes North Hills, 3-0
The North Allegheny Boys Volleyball Team bounced back from their first loss of the season earlier in the week with a resounding defeat of the North Hills Indians on Thursday night, 3-0. The Tigers trounced the Tribe with set wins of 25-14, 25-21 and 25-13.
Senior David Haus led the way for the Tigers with a team-high 14 kills and two blocks. Brendan Brown collected a team-best three blocks and added seven kills. Senior Antonios Balouris set up teammates with 31 assists, to go along with eight digs and an ace. Luke Gwaltney helped cover the floor with eight digs as well.
North Allegheny closes out the section schedule with and 11-1 record another Section 3-AAA title The Tigers are 14-1 overall and round out the regular season slate with a matchup Friday night at Ambridge. That contest is scheduled for 7:00 pm.
