NA sweeps for second straight night

North Allegheny was back at home on Friday evening to take on Morgantown out of West Virginia in a non-section battle at UPMC Court. For the second straight night, the Tigers would win in three sets, this time by set scores of 25-21, 25-22 and 25-21.

NA served very well as Macey Casten had four aces while Anna Bridges had three. Casten also had 19 digs and a block for the Tigers. Reagan Riordan added 14 digs. Mack Jones and Molly Robertson each had nine digs. Jones also had six kills and eight assists. Robertson paced North Allegheny offensively with 14 kills. Keely McMahon-Regan had seven digs and dished out 22 assists. Alicia Mokube had six kills and added two blocks. Bridgit Murphy added five kills and had a block.

North Allegheny improves to 13-0 overall. The Tigers return to action on Tuesday when they host Butler in a Section 2-4A contest at 7:00 p.m. at UPMC Court. This will be senior night and this match will be broadcasted on the NA Sports Network.
