NA Tops North Hills In Section Opener
The North Allegheny boys’ golf team hosted North Hills in the section opener at North Park Golf Course on Friday afternoon and came away with a 186-210 victory.
Senior Jake Watterson led all golfers with a 1-under par 35. Sophomore Liam Cooper and junior Chris Hoffman each shot a 36 to help secure the win. Sophomore Ravi Desai chipped in with a 38 and senior Jacob Phrampus followed with a 41. North Hills was paced by Ella Demoise’s score of 40.
The win moves North Allegheny’s record to 4-0 overall and 1-0 in the section. The Tigers travel to Pine-Richland on Tuesday to continue section play.
