NA Tops Penn-Trafford For Non-Section Win, 197-207
The North Allegheny boys’ golf team hosted Penn-Trafford at North Park Golf Course on Thursday afternoon and earned a 197-207 non-section victory.
The Tigers were led by senior Ethan Byrne and his 3-over par 38. A trio of 39’s was provided by freshman Ravi Desai, sophomore Chris Hoffman and junior Collin Wang. Freshman Colin Ward rounded out the scoring with a 42. For Penn-Trafford, David Newsom tallied a team-best scored of 36.
North Allegheny improves to 6-1 overall with the non-section triumph. The Tigers will practice over the holiday weekend before hosting section leader, Mars, on Tuesday.
