Tigers Clipped by Eagles In Section Play
The North Allegheny girls’ golf team traveled to Edgewood Country Club on Thursday afternoon and fell to Oakland Catholic in a section matchup, 167-190.
Fairfield University commit, Grace Winfielder, was the clubhouse leader with a low score of 37 for the host Eagles. North Allegheny was paced by sophomore Kayli Dings with a team-best score of 42. Sophomore Kirsten Karlovits carded a 48, while seniors Megan Manesiotis and Amber Roth each shot a 50.
North Allegheny slips to 1-6 overall and 1-3 in the section. The Tigers look to bounce back on Tuesday with a home date with Pine-Richland at Diamond Run.
