Tigers pass road test at Mars

North Allegheny opened section play on Tuesday afternoon taking on the Mars Fighting Planets at Suncrest Golf Course. The Tigers got their first section win with a 182-201 victory. Junior Kayli Dings led the way for NA shooting a 42. Juniors Omisa Shah and Kirsten Karlovits each pitched in shooting a 45. Alessanda Habib shot a 50 while Ava Azzanni added a 53 to the score sheet.
Mars was led by Elise Watas who shot a 44.
North Allegheny improves to 2-1 overall and 1-0 in section play with the win. The Tigers return to action on Thursday when they host Butler in another section match at 3:30 p.m. at Diamond Run Golf Course.
