Tigers tripped up by Canon-McMillan
North Allegheny hosted Canon-McMillan on Tuesday night at the North Allegheny Intermediate High School. The Tigers would fall behind early and ultimately fell 46-30 in the contest.
Canon-McMillan jumped out to a 30-0 lead before Anna Svoboda picked up a pin to get the Tigers on the board. Ava Anthony and Sophia Folks each won their bouts by fall but NA ultimately lost by a score of 46-30.
North Allegheny falls to 4-4 overall. The Tigers will return to action Saturday when they take the short trip over to Pine-Richland to take part in the Pine-Richland Invitational. Wrestling will begin at 10:00 a.m.
