UBO Representative Responsibilities and Checklist
The Unified Boosters Organization (UBO) Representative acts as the liaison for their group and the UBO. We welcome your ideas for projects that would help build a better sense of community, school spirit, cooperation and communication in the North Allegheny School District. Defined below is our Statement of Purpose:
- Provide a means for enhancing communication among all sports, boosters, school and community groups.
- Promote school spirit and pride in the North Allegheny community.
- Promote North Allegheny School District and community spirit and pride.
- UBO Meetings:
- Attend 4 UBO Meetings.
- Provide updates from the UBO meeting to your group and share with the parents and/or school organization that you represent.
- Give a report and share your group’s information with the UBO members.
Reps will be given a reps report schedule showing the date that your organization will give their report.
- UBO and the Athletic Director Scholar Athlete Awards:
- Inform UBO Scholar Athlete Coordinator of your banquet date.
- Distribute Awards.
- UBO Scholarship Awards:
- Inform seniors of UBO Scholarships opportunities. Applications and qualifications are on UBO website.
- Completed applications should be submitted to the Athletic Office and placed in the UBO Mailbox no later than March 30, 2026.
- Final Round of Interviews by UBO. April 13, 2026.
- Special Fundraising Program:
- Inform your organization of the Kennywood Community date
- Additional projects to be discussed.
- Volunteers Needed:
- Choose and complete an assignment for a Special Fundraising Project.
- Sale of UBO Products.
- Miscellaneous Projects.
- Toys for Tigers Program:
- Help with fundraising, donations, purchasing, and wrapping gifts.
- Balloon Arch and Tiger Costume Rental:
- Contact Athletic Department with reservation date.
- Complete rental forms and submit rental fee.
