Costa Contributes For Duquesne At Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships

Duquesne freshman and former North Allegheny multi-sport athlete Isabella Costa was a key contributor for the Indoor Track and Field Team at the Atlantic 10 Championships over the weekend. The Dukes finished seventh overall in the competition.

Costa finished sixth in the pentathlon, earning points for the team. She also had a season-best 1.64m (5-4.5) to place seventh in the high jump. The freshman was also a member of the 4x400m relay team that ran a season-best 3:50.18 to place fifth in the event.
With the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Season in the books, the Dukes head into the outdoor season schedule with the 49er Classic in Charlotte, North Carolina on March 20th and 21st.
