Hoffman earned medalist honors on March 29th at the Pennsylvania Classic, placing atop the leaderboard out of 120 finishers. He was the only golfer with a cumulative score below par with a 3-under 141. Hoffman birdied five holes for a 1-under 71 on Saturday, then added four more birdies for a 2-under 70 on Sunday and ended with a three-stroke lead over the runner-up. His score led the Gators to a fourth-place team finish out of 22 teams.

This past week, Hoffman helped Allegheny earn a runner-up finish at The Spring Thaw, climbing from fourth to second place during the final round. He tied for fifth place with a 1-over 145 with a 2-over 74 on Friday and a 1-under 71 on Saturday.  Hoffman hit a combined seven birdies over both rounds.

Hoffman was a four-time WPIAL Individual Championship participant and two-time PIAA Individual Championship participant with the Tigers. His best finish at the WPIAL Championships was fourth place in the fall of 2024. He also had a 25th place finish in 2023, a 12th place finish in 2022 and a 34th place finish in 2021. Hoffman came in 16th place in 2024 at the PIAA Championships. He also participated in 2022, where he came in 32nd place.
