The Lady Tigers sent their seniors off in style tonight, delivering a staggering 64-14 blowout victory over Mars. It was a night defined by veteran leadership and a glimpse into the program’s bright future as the Tigers controlled every facet of the game.

The graduating class made sure their final home stand was unforgettable. Luci Zagacki put on a clinic, finding the end zone four times and stifling the Mars offense with two critical interceptions. Other seniors also left their mark:

Vange Balouris: Accounted for 14 points with two touchdowns and two extra points.

Mia Bosley: Contributed a touchdown and a successful extra point.

Alyssa Coy: Provided the feel-good moment of the night, scoring her first career touchdown to the roar of the home crowd.

Junior quarterback Sloane Baker stepped onto the field in the third quarter and delivered several passes to various receivers.

While the night honored the veterans, the underclassmen proved they are ready to step into some big shoes. Freshman quarterback Macy Sundgren was nearly unstoppable, carving up the defense for seven passing touchdowns. Sundgren also showed off her mobility with four carries, including a scoring run of her own. On the ground, freshman Bella Devennie provided the muscle, handling nine carries and chipping in a touchdown and an extra point.  Freshman Ella Brinkley hauled in a great interception covering a Mars receiver late in the game.

Congratulations and best of luck to the Class of 2026: Vange Balouris, Mia Bosley, Alyssa Coy, Danika Hogan, Ella Knoch, Maddie Williams, and Luci Zagacki. Their legacy is secure after this Senior Night performance at Newman Field.
