Former North Allegheny boys’ soccer standout Aidan Dyga has earned conference honors for his performance last week. The Allegheny College junior was named the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.

Dyga totaled six points on three goals in a 2-1 victory at Franciscan University last Wednesday and a 5-2 win over Thiel College on Saturday. He netted both goals in his first career multi-goal performance against the Barons, and then helped the Gators tie a season-high for goals in a game with another marker against the Tomcats.

To date, through 18 games, Dyga has totaled five goals and an assist for 11 total points. Last season, Dyga was named a PAC All-Conference Honorable Mention selection as well as CSC Academic All-District.
