Athletic Director All-Scholar Athlete Awards for Spring 2017
The North Allegheny Athletic Department released its’ Final Athletic Director’s All Scholar-Athlete Program Report for the 2016-2017 school year. Outstanding highlights include:
- 76% of the nearly three thousand student athletes received a grade point average of 3.40 or higher during their sport season.
- Average G.P.A. of all student-athletes (grades 7-12) was 3.79
- All 82 athletic teams qualified for the Athletic Director’s All-Scholar Team Program.
- 73 teams qualified for the All-Academic Team Award (3.50 G.P.A. or higher)
- 9 teams qualified for the All-Scholar Team Award (3.20 to 3.49 G.P.A.)
