Former NA Soccer Standout Vying For Miss Pennsylvania Crown
Former North Allegheny girls’ soccer standout Brianna Layman is competing for the title of Miss Pennsylvania in Pittsburgh this June. Layman was crowned Miss Crawford County in February to qualify for the Miss Pennsylvania competition.

A 2012 graduate of North Allegheny, Layman was a stellar defender for a Lady Tigers Soccer Team that reached the PIAA Quarterfinals her senior season. Layman’s efforts during the 2011 season garnered her WPIAL All-Section 3 recognition.
Since her graduation from NA, Layman is pursuing a biochemistry degree at Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. She has lived in Crawford County since attending Allegheny College.
This Sunday, Layman has team up with Painting with a Twist in Wexford for a fundraiser. All profits will be donated directly towards the Children’s Miracle Network.
