Girls Golf beats storm; Shaler, 186-222
North Allegheny hosted the Shaler Titans at Diamond Run Golf Course on Thursday afternoon. With the match finishing right before storms rolled through the area, the Tigers defeated the Titans by a score of 186-222.
Taylor Rittler was the low scorer for NA with a 42. Seohye Park scored a 45 while Mia Ackerman had a 48. Aarya Shamkuwar and Madeline Olmsted carded 51 and 57 respectively.
Alexis Trischler and Samantha Bann both shot 48 for Shaler.
North Allegheny improves to 3-3 overall and in the section. The Tigers return to action on Tuesday when they host the Fighting Planets of Mars at Diamond Run Golf Course at 3:30 p.m.
