Lady Tigers Best Blackhawk
The North Allegheny girls’ golf team prevailed over the Blackhawk Cougars for a section victory on Tuesday afternoon, 153-169. The Lady Tigers were led by junior Bella Walter and senior Caroline Wrigley who each shot an even par 36. Senior Christina Lewis tallied a 40, followed by junior Esha Vaidya who carded a 41. Blackhawk was paced by Siarra Richard and Ally Zernick who shot a 38 and 39, respectively.
North Allegheny improves to 6-0 overall and 4-0 in section play. The Lady Tigers play host to Pine-Richland on Thursday at 3:00 p.m.
