Lady Tigers Clip Raiders In Section Opener

The North Allegheny Girls Golf Team picked up their first section win of the season with a 186-203 victory on Thursday at Connequenessing Golf Course. Sophomore Megan Leto and senior Kelsey Phillips led all golfers with scores of 44 and 45 respectively. Marlee Tyler and Sophia Lee rounded the day for NA, shooting a 48 and 49. Alex Steigherner had the top score for the Raiders, posting a 48.

The Lady Tigers improve to 3-0 on the season and 1-0 in section play. North Allegheny will travel to Peters Township for a tri-meet with the Indians and Penn-Trafford Warriors. Tee-time is at 3:00 pm.
