Lady Tigers Fall In Tri-Match
In a non-section tri-match on Friday afternoon, the North Allegheny Lady Tigers fell to the Peters Township Indians and Penn-Trafford Warriors. Peters Township ruled the day with a team score of 186, followed by Penn-Trafford’s 190 and NA’s 191. At Rolling Hill Golf Course, Peters Township’s Mia Ness shot an impressive 41, five shots better than her closest competition.
For North Allegheny, sophomore Megan Leto and senior Molly Durham had strong days with shooting 46 for the day. Seniors Marlee Tyler and Kelsey Phillips scored a 49 and 50 respectively.
The Lady Tigers will have a few days off before returning to the links on Tuesday with a section match at Shaler. Tee-time is slated for 3:30 pm.
