NA Concludes Section Play with 4th Consecutive Win
North Allegheny’s late-season surge continued on Monday afternoon with a 171-178 win against Pine-Richland in the section finale at Conley’s Golf Course.
Senior Megan Manesiotis chipped in for an Eagle on the ninth hole on her way to a low score of 38 on the day. Sophomore Kayli Dings tallied a 40, followed closely behind by senior Amber Roth and her score of 42. Sophomore Omisa Shah rounded out the scoring with a 51. Pine-Richland was led by Siena Smith, who shot a 39.
With their fourth straight win, the Tigers improves to 5-9 overall and finishes section play with a 5-5 record. North Allegheny will return to Conley’s Golf Course on Wednesday for the Section Individual Tournament, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
