NA Girls’ Golf Team Shoots Down Black Hawks
The Lady Tigers Golf Team rebounded from a loss to Fox Chapel yesterday with a 187-229 triumph over the Bethel Park Black Hawks on Wednesday afternoon from North Park Golf Course. Showing continued improvement as the season progresses, the Lady Tigers took advantage of good conditions at North Park for a solid performance.
Junior Megan Leto led all golfers by shooting a 40 for an impressive outing. Junior Sophia Lee tallied a 47, while Katrina Good and Jesse Pak each shot a 50. Katie Brickner finished up the NA scorecard with a 52. For the Black Hawks, Erin Cavrak led the black and orange with a 49.
North Allegheny improves to 4-1-1 overall with the victory. The Lady Tigers have an off day on Thursday before returning to section play on Friday against the Shaler Titans. Tee time is slated for 4:30 pm.
