NA Picks Up Section Win Over Pine-Richland
The North Allegheny girls’ golf team returned to the win column on Friday afternoon with a 183-206 section victory over the Pine-Richland Rams.
Senior Esha Vaidya had the low score of the day, notching a team-best 42 at Conley’s Golf Course. Senior Bella Walter also had a strong day with a score of 44. Sophomore Sissi Hai and junior Olivia Schenk contributed with scores of 48 and 49, respectively. Pine-Richland was led by Carlin Carion, who tallied a 48.
North Allegheny improves to 5-2 overall and 3-1 in section play following the win. The Tigers will host Blackhawk on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in a non-section contest.
