
Sarah Schupansky Excelling At Professional Level

Former North Allegheny and University of Pittsburgh Soccer star Sarah Schupansky is making the most of her first professional season on the pitch.
Since signing with Gotham FC late last year, Schupansky has played in all 10 games with nine starts. She was named player of the match in her first pro game back in March. She has scored one goal and has a pair of assists in NWSL play as the team is off to a 3-3-4 start to the 2025 season. She currently ranks second in the NWSL in both crosses (58) and corner kicks (30).
Over the weekend, Schupanksy and her team earned a 1-0 victory over UANL Tigres in the championship match to win the first edition of the CONCACAF W Champions Cup.

The win on Saturday secured a spot in both the inaugural FIFA Champions Cup in 2026 and the inaugural FIFA Women’s Club World Cup in 2028.
Additionally, Schupansky was named to the U.S. Under-23 Women’s National Team roster on May 21st. The U23s will be in Germany from May 26th to June 3rd.
