
Schupansky Shines In NWSL Debut With Gotham FC

Former North Allegheny and University of Pittsburgh soccer standout Sarah Schupansky is turning heads professionally after her debut match in the NWSL.
Schupansky made her debut over the weekend with Gotham FC in a road matchup with Seattle Reign FC at Lumen Field. She was named player of the match in her first career start at forward.

The NA alum had two shots in the contest including one shot on goal. She also drew five fouls while only committing one of her own. Gotham and Seattle played to a 1-1 draw.
Schupansky signed with Gotham FC back in December.
Gotham FC is gearing up for the home opener from Sports Illustrated Stadium this Sunday at 5:00 p.m. in Harrison New Jersey. That game will be televised on ESPN 2.
