Sports Officials Needed
The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association, know as the PIAA, recently approved a Junior Officials Program whereby sixteen (16) and seventeen (17) year old students may officiate for pay in 7th – 9th grade (middle school and junior high) contests as long as they meet all requirements of a registered PIAA official. The PIAA will waive the registration fees.
