Tigers Triumph on Senior Day
On Senior Day, the North Allegheny girls’ golf team earned a 181-227 victory against the Blackhawk Cougars on Wednesday.
Sophomore Kayli Dings was the clubhouse leader with a low score of 41. Senior Amber Roth totaled a 46, while fellow seniors Megan Manesiotis and Megan Gross each carded a 47. Blackhawk was paced by Katie Black with a score of 51.
The win snapped a seven-match losing streak for the Tigers and improves NA’s record to 2-9 overall and 2-5 in the section. The Tigers will look to make it two in a row when they host Moon on Tuesday.
