CHEERLEADING
NA CHEERLEADERS MINI-CAMP 2011
The North Allegheny Cheerleaders Mini-Camp is nearly here. Beginning on Monday, June 13 through Friday, June 17, the NA cheerleaders will teach you cheers, chants and dance. Girls entering kindergarten through eighth grade are eligible for the camp. The camp costs $60, which includes a Mini-Camp t-shirt, and is sponsored by the NA Cheer Boosters Association. CHEERLEADERS FINISH 11th IN NATIONAL COMPETITION
The North Allegheny Varsity Cheerleaders return from Orlando, Florida after a strong showing at the 2011 National High School Cheerleading Championship this weekend. Against the best competition in the country, North Allegheny finished 11th. To view a video of the Tigers Cheerleaders performing at Disney, click on the link and search "North Allegheny."
As a whole, the North Hills area of Pittsburgh came up big at the UCA Nationals. Butler finished 12th and Shaler earned a sixth place finish. Congratulations to the NA Tigers Cheerleaders!

TIGER CHEERLEADERS AT UCA ALLEGHENY REGIONALS CHEERLEADING COMPETITION

The NA Varsity Cheerleaders brought home a first place trophy on Saturday, December 4 at the UCA Allegheny Regionals Cheerleading competition. The girls competed against five other teams to take home top honors.
The North Allegheny JV Cheerleaders also placed first at the Regionals Competition in Slippery Rock University. This isn't the only first place trophy brought home by the JV squad this year. The JV Cheerleaders also win first place in November at the Pennsylvania State Competition in Johnstown.
