Tigers Wrangle Rams In Section Matchup

The North Allegheny girls’ tennis team came up with a 5-0 victory over Pine-Richland on Friday afternoon at the NA Tennis Courts. The Tigers have now won 11 in a row.
In singles, Mia Kaufman defeated Sonaya Arora 7-6, 6-4. Samantha Leeman took the win over Deeya Nayyar 6-1, 6-2, while Alexa Richey beat Lucy Hynds 6-2, 6-0.
In doubles, Audrey Zheng and Rouxi Bai topped Eve Pellathy and Priya Shah 7-5, 6-0, while the duo of Ella Mangene and Remi Hayward defeated Nicole Ebner and Isabella Destein 6-0, 6-1.
North Allegheny improves to 11-2 overall and 7-0 in the section with the sweep. The Tigers are back in action at North Hills on Monday afternoon for more section action.
