NA tripped up against Penn-Trafford

The NA Inline Tigers suffered their second loss of the season to the Penn-Trafford Warriors by a score of 9-1 on Sunday at the RMU Island Sports Center.

In the first period the Warriors struck quickly, less than a minute in, notching the only goal of the frame and taking a 1-0 lead over the Tigers.

The second period started with the Warriors taking advantage of a Tiger penalty and scoring a power play goal. The Warrior offense continued to add three more goals before the Tigers posted their lone goal of the game from junior Liam Huey assisted by sophomore Nathan Johnson closing the period with the Tigers down 5-1.

The Tigers were held scoreless in the final period while the Warriors posted four additional goals ending the game with a 9-1 Tiger defeat.

Senior goalie Claudia Kushon takes the loss as the Tiger record falls to 1-2.  The Tigers will return to play next Sunday against the Seneca Valley Raiders at 12:00 PM at the RMU Island Sports Center.
