Tigers Pounce On Dragons

The North Allegheny girls’ lacrosse team faced Allderdice at Cupples Stadium on Monday afternoon. NA took care of business with a 24-4 win.
Senior Reagan Riordan paced the Tigers with seven goals. Junior Sarah Harlan was not too far behind with six of her own and four assists. Junior Gracie Lynch notched four markers, while sophomore Nora Walkauskas registered a pair of scores. Other Tigers who found the back of the net included senior Sara Donaldson, junior Addison Burns, junior Maddie Hudec, sophomore Bella Whittenberger and freshman Danielle Crawford. Burns also led NA with four ground balls.
Freshman Hannah Eyerman got the start in goal for the Tigers and made five saves.
North Allegheny improves to 3-5 on the season and is back in action Wednesday night at Shady Side Academy for the next section game.
