Cheerleaders Join Forces For Successful Food Drive

The North Allegheny and North Hills cheerleaders joined forces for a great cause last week.

At Friday’s canned food drive before the season opener at Newman Stadium, the groups raised more than $700 in cash and collected 602 cans of non-perishable food.

All proceeds benefited North Hills Community Outreach. Congrats to both schools on a collaboration for a great cause!

NA Cheer Holds Successful Clothing Drive

During camp week, senior cheerleader Evie Rankin organized a clothing drive for the Jubilee Soup Kitchen.

The team was able to collect over 3,000 garments for the drive, totalling over 1,o00 pounds or more than a half ton in 79 total bags of clothes.

The North Allegheny Cheerleading program would like to thank everyone who helped make this drive such a huge success!
