NA Cheerleaders Take 3rd At PIAA Championships
The North Allegheny cheer squad took third place this weekend at the PIAA championships at the Giant Center in Hershey in the Large Class 3A Division.
In the preliminary round, the Tigers were sitting in fourth place out of 17 teams and advanced directly to the finals. In the finals, NA hit a zero deduction routine and moved up to third with a team score of 84.60 and finished as a top three team in the state of Pennsylvania. Next up, the North Allegheny cheerleaders will head to the National High School Cheerleading Championship in Disney World on Feb. 7-12.
