Athletic Pre-Participation Requirements for Interscholastic and Club Sports

The North Allegheny Athletic Department has prepared this link in order to provide parents/guardians and student-athletes the convenience of going to one location to find all of the forms necessary to participate in an interscholastic or club sport.  The following documents are needed for initial participation in North Allegheny Athletics:
