State Championships: University
of Pittsburgh 11/13/04
(Varsity)
The
varsity cheerleaders competed in two divisions in which they brought home
trophies in each. In the
Super Large Varsity division the cheerleaders received a first place
trophy and a State Championship title.
The girls also were judged in an Open Division where they were up
against 22 other schools from around the state. They received a third place trophy. Great job, Girls!!!

The
varsity cheerleaders were competing to earn a place in the national
competition in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
The girls took the floor and the routine looked amazing.
They received a second place trophy and a bid to the national
competition in March. The
squad will head to Myrtle Beach to compete March 18-20.
National
Cheerleading Association Regional Qualifier (ACDC):
Robert
Morris University

The
squad competed in the large varsity division.
The girls brought home a second place trophy and did a great job!
The girls will begin to prepare for the national competition in
March by making changes to the routine and by continuing their
conditioning.

On
February 27, 2005 the Varsity cheerleading squad competed in the
Pittsburgh Classic held at LaRoche College.
The girls had an outstanding performance and received a score of
342 out of 400 points. This
was particularly hard because we were dealing with several injuries and
illnesses. The girls received
a first place trophy and also many compliments about the routine!!
This was the last competition before we depart for the national
CANAM competition held in Myrtle Beach, S.C. on March 19th and
20th.
